The "Zero"
WWII Japanese Navy Fighter
Designed by Dick Sarpolus

The Mitsubishi A6M "Zero" was a shocking surprise to the U.S. Military when it first appeared during the early days of the Second World War.   This agile fighter quickly removed the belief that the Japanese were incapable of producing their own innovative designs.   The U.S. Navy had to wait for the Hellcat and Corsair before they had a fighter that was clearly superior to Zero.

With a hot Norvel or Cox Tee Dee up front, this great Dick Sarpolus design will live up to the performance of its namesake.   Stunt capable, it will make you the envy of your flying circle.

Dick Sarpolus has joined the Black Hawk Design Team to present his line of exciting 1/2A stunt planes.   Dick is a long time designer and has had many designs published in leading model magazines.   Like Walt Musciano, Dick is in the AMA Hall of Fame and we are lucky to have him along with Walt Musciano and Frank Macy on our design team.
