A variety of additional parts may be present, depending on the type of aircraft purchased.   Parts such as landing gear fairings, fuselage bottoms, headrests, etc. are pre-shaped from quality balsa wood.   Sheet balsa parts are intentionally oversized to allow for easier alignment by the novice builder.   Once positioned, a light sanding will bring them to final size.
