Brian Lever of the UK has sent some photos of his 2.5cc speed class (.15) Phantom XV, powered by a special factory tuned PAW ballrace motor and it looks magnificent!   His Phantom will be entered in its first national speed contest in May 09 at the SAM 35 competition at Barkston Heath
