In 1928 Henry Ford thought that he could produce an airplane that anyone could afford and make it as popular as his Model T car.   He ordered his design team to create a plane that could fit into his office and that would be cheap enough for most people to buy.   The Flivver filled the bill and Charles Lindberg was brought in to promote the little plane.   At the last minute, the venture was cancelled.   Ford would eventually go on to produce the Ford Tri-motor that helped make commercial air travel popular.   This great Black Hawk Models kit replicates walt Musciano's 1957 model of the Ford Fliver and will have you reliving those exciting days of the aviation pioneers!
